Use of this website or any linked Site ("the Site") or any material therein constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Use by the user ("User").
Kookaburra The National Musical Theatre Company (“KNMTC") hereby authorises User to download and view all materials on the Site for personal, non-commercial use. This authorisation is conditional upon User including all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original materials in any copies created.
User agrees not to modify the materials at the Site in any way or reproduce or publicly display (including publication on a website) or distribute or otherwise use them for any public or commercial purpose without written permission from KNMTC. User acknowledges that the material published on the Site is subject to copyright and that any unauthorised use may violate Copyright, Trademark and other legislation. User agrees that breach of any of the Terms of Use of the Site will automatically revoke User's authorisation to use the Site.
User accepts full responsibility for any damages arising from their use of the Site and further indemnifies KNMTC and its affiliates against any claim arising from their use of the Site or any of the Material contained therein or from their inability to access the Site. This indemnity includes any claims arising in contract, tort, copyright, trademark or any other applicable law and includes but is not limited to any claim for damage to property, interruption to business or loss of profits resulting from use of the Site.
