With a career spanning five decades, Barrie Ingham has played leading roles with such companies as London’s Old Vic Theatre, Royal Shakespeare Company, the National Theatre and the English Stage Company. Highlights of his career are playing Herbie opposite Angela Landsbury in Gypsy on the West End, playing Sir Danverse in Jekyll and Hyde on Broadway, and in Trevor Nunn’s Anything Goes at Theatre Royal, Drury Lane.
